Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that customized items like knocked-in bats may have specific restrictions.

Download and fill out our Returns & Exchanges form from the website, specifying whether you require a size swap, a store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items and the completed form into a sturdy shipping box. We recommend using the original shipping materials to prevent damage to sensitive gear like bats and pads during transit.
Ship to Service Centre
Send your package via a trackable postal service to our Returns Department. Once received and inspected by our specialists, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
